Elaine was referred to us by a close friend when we were looking to buy our 2nd house. We would have never dreamed of a better realtor. Elaine is very hard-working, knowledgeable, thoughtful and patient. She has been very attentive to our requirements and supportive throughout the buying process and beyond. First, it is worth noting that we started the process during the confinement (due to COVID-19). So, no more open houses. Elaine managed to get us appointments for all the houses that we liked and worked around our busy schedules while complying with all the new regulations. Even as 2nd time buyers, we still needed some hand-holding in the process. Elaine explained the process to us in intricate detail and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. We would usually get responses to our emails/texts promptly (which is just amazing given that she had other active clients). Elaine was very patient, she never pressured us for any reason. She was so attentive to our expectations that she finally landed us our dream house while staying within budget (BTW, she is an expert negotiator). To sum it up, Elaine went above and beyond our expectations. While other realtors stop at finding you a house, Elaine continued to support us by providing us with a list of qualified contractors/handymen/gardeners etc … that we could use in our new home. She even offered to call on our behalf to get quotes as she noticed we were busy. I would strongly recommend Elaine to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. She is the BEST!!
