Edwin knows the Augusta real estate market. He has many contacts and is able to line things up quickly. He knows most of the local real estate agents and works well with them. He has been my agent twice and was the agent for the party buying my house in a third transaction. Everything has always gone very smoothly regardless of which side he represents, although I prefer to have him on mine. Highly recommend.
