Ed Coulter is the best of the best! He represented us on both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house. Both transactions happened in a short time period and Ed was on top of it all! We had 29 showings in the first 24 hours and received multiple offers. Ed helped us navigate through it all. He is honest, kind, dependable and took care of every detail. Ed is someone that truly cares. He was our realtor 7 years ago and helped us with building our home - we would like to never have to use another realtor! Ed goes above and beyond!
