Providing service in this changing real estate market takes experience and communication to a new level. Buyers and sellers have more information at their fingertips than ever before and with all this information, comes new questions and concerns. Home owners and buyers need a real estate professional to help them navigate through this information highway. I bring extensive knowledge and experience to the Real Estate market. Honesty, integrity and swift communication are characteristics that have helped me build a business of repeat clients and referrals. Each transaction stands on its own and as an agent, I understand that each client and their circumstances are unique. I offer tools that help them navigate through their options. My accounting background has proven a great asset for this industry and while this is a real estate transaction on the surface, I am very aware that this is a very personal experience for my client. This is where using a real estate professional who is experienced in this changing market is crucial. I have the ability to bring calm in these situations by providing guidance and counsel as my clients navigate through this declining market. I offer tools that help buyers and sellers see what their options are and how they should proceed but most importantly I offer an honest evaluation. In this market, we need to be able to understand the nuiances that have come with the saturation of short sales and foreclosures and how it affects the client. My accounting background has proven a great asset for this industry and while this is a real estate transaction on the surface, I am very aware that this is a very personal experience for my client.
