Dylan & Co. helped me navigate through the deal to the finish line. He had some good carpenter referrals to help me knock out some punch list items that were annoying, and I didn't really have to deal with it. Realtors earn their money during the inspection process & keeping the buyer's on the hook. They can know how to navigate this or not have a clue what to do.
