Who you can trust matters with your home; Dutch is the last realtor you will ever need to look for when it comes to buying and selling, I have used him 3 different times! Don’t waste your time with anyone else, Dutch is the man! Dutch takes what can be a highly stressful and emotional transaction and makes it easy to navigate with your best interests always at heart. There wasn’t a single moment where I did not feel like I was completely informed on the entire situation, what might or might not happen, and the best way forward. He has established himself not only with his clients, but also amongst other realtors which will only further be to your benefit as he negotiates in your favor. I have personally known Dutch for over 13 years, he started off as my realtor but became a close friend and confidant that has continuously looked out for me and the most important life events that have affected my family…I wouldn’t go to or trust anyone else and neither should you!
