Working with Donna Kunath with the Beatty Pittman team was truly a dream! We originally met Donna while in Wilmington for a weekend trip. We stopped into an open house she was hosting and immediately felt comfortable with her and with the conversation we had with her. We mentioned that we were considering a second home in Wilmington, and Donna then went to work providing information long distance for us. Her recommendations were spot on for our situation - and for our priorities. She was always professional, pleasant and she worked very hard on our behalf in our home search. Her friendly personality made it easy to communicate our questions to her; and she was very responsive to get back to us with good information. Once we found the home that we wanted to pursue, Donna was extremely proactive to negotiate the best price leading to a smooth closing. My wife and I would most definitely work with Donna again, and we highly recommend her for your real estate needs!
