I worked with Dolores Marquez for the purchase of a house in Communications Hill in San Jose. There were a lot of issues that I had to go through during the buying process including changing lenders multiple times due to an on-going litigation in the community. There were times when I thought I should quit, but Dolores did a great job guiding me through the tough market and helped me land the home I liked. I would recommend Dolores and her team to anyone looking for a great realtor to nail down their dream house in the bay area.
