I highly recommend Dianne Corcoran for your real-estate needs! She was my agent when I purchased my house ten years ago. Dianne questioned me, listened to my wants, and found exactly the house I was looking for. Dianne also educated me about the difference between home ownership in Minnesota and Florida. She guided me each step of the way through the purchase. I have loved my house these past ten years, but I also realized it is the time in my life for me to down-size. I found a condo I loved. Once again Dianne guided me all the way from initial offering to closing. Before placing my house on the market, Dianne gave me much appreciated advice on preparing my house for sale. Her market analysis was right on. I feel we had the house priced properly to sell and it did sell quickly. Once again, Dianne guided me through the closing process on my house. Dianne has experience, knowledge, integrity and a very genuine personality. She had great people to aid with both the buying and selling. Her inspector for my new condo was thorough. The photographer that took pictures for my house sale was a pro. The closing on my house was handled through Michael Saunders. They also did a great job. When I decided to buy and sell, I considered no one else for my real estate agent. Dianne did a great job for me ten years ago and she did a great job for me this time around.
