I may have been a first time home buyer but with Devon handling the particulars and coaching me through step by step, the process was made enjoyable. I would not only be using Century 21 Prospect Realty but also Devon Straker. At times I felt that Devon understood what I wanted/ needed better than I did and was amazed at her ability to communicate throughout the deal as I never felt pressured or confused. Devon thank you for all you do! I found Devon very friendly and knowledgeable. Her ability to work with my schedule was next to none as I was sending listing and asking questions weekends and evenings to a quick and polite response. There was little things Devon did to take away the first time home buying stress as she was able to persuade the previous owner to leave behind (or sell) a hand made chicken from Brazil. She played along with the joke that we needed the chicken with the sale and really relieved the stress and made joy out of the process. Thank you Devon! Wish I could do it again... hopefully soon!
