My wife and I have used Derrick twice now to sell our homes and twice to purchase new homes (with a 9 year gap between). Buying and selling a home is stressful even in the best of circumstances but with Derrick there is never a time that he was not there to support, guide, educate, and advise us - all while offering humor and reassurance along the way.
