As a real estate broker/senior sales associate with Coldwell Banker Lingle, I have a wide variety of resources to help you buy or sell your home. For my buyers, I have established connections with amazing lenders. For my sellers, I have effective marketing tactics to showcase listings. Throughout the entire process, whether you're buying or selling, I will be your dedicated advocate providing guidance from start to finish and beyond! I pride myself on my hometown roots and look forward to helping others create a lifetime of memories in Wayne County and surrounding areas. Having lived in Wayne County all my life, I am knowledgeable of the area and surrounding counties as well. From 2015 to 2021, I was the Director of Health and Wellness at the Richmond Family YMCA. There, I discovered my passion in helping others achieve their goals, a passion that seamlessly transitioned into my real estate career. I take pride in helping customers find a home to call their own and build memories in. I also enjoy vintage architecture and seeing a home meet its full potential in beauty. During my career (as of 12/31/2025), I've successfully closed deals totaling $22.57 million in sales volume and 159 transaction sides. My commitment to the community extends beyond real estate. I support small businesses and participate in various events. I serve on several boards, including the Wayne County Historical Museum, the Richmond Family YMCA, and Richmond Association of Realtors. I am also a member of the Wayne County Chamber and Vintage Wheels Car Club (helping special needs children). #BuyWithMeDC #ListWithMeDC ACHIEVEMENTS & AWARDS *Richmond Association of Realtors "Realtor of the Year" (2025) *RealTrends verified top agent - ranked top 1.5% nationally (2024) *International Diamond Society - ranked top 10% of CB agents internationally (2023 & 2024) *Ranked among the “top 3 individual agents” in brokerage multiple times
