I met with Dee prior to selecting her as an agent to see her knowledge of real estate sales in the area of my home. Dee, not yet having been selected as my selling agent provided me with a detailed booklet of information on home sales in my area and what I might expect if I should choose her as an agent. After the first meeting, I knew Dee would be my agent. She has outstanding communication skills and genuinely cares about her client. Dee went out of her way to assist me with my needs during the sales process as I had already relocated out of state. This could have posed a great challenge however, anything I needed throughout the negotiations of my contract to the final closing she was there for me.
