We found our Maryland home!!! Recently moved to Maryland from Florida. To quote one of my favorite movies "Toto I have a feeling we are not in Kansas anymore" best describes it all. Everything in Maryland was a change and many things we were learning as we went. Buying a home was one of these things. Last home I purchased was over 20 years ago, and it felt like the first time. DeeDee guided us thru the whole process. We started the search in July and found the ONE in Oct. -I lost count of the many homes we looked at in between. DeeDee was always patient and shared her knowledge of the areas as well as items in the homes that we never had back in Florida. We never felt rushed or pressured or that any question was silly. She even worked around my busy work schedule, seeing homes on weekends or late in evenings. When we had thought we had found the house we wanted it ended up with too many issues, and we had to back out of the contract. DeeDee was very helpful and made it easy to do so and then just continued showing us more houses until we found the one we purchased. She was there thru every step from inspections, negotiations and finalizing the sale and everything in between. We closed a few weeks ago and she still has been available to us with answering questions. If we ever decided to buy another home or even sell, she will be our go to.
