Just having surgery, I was not sure if I should go ahead and list my home. Debbie came to my home and we talked as friends. She left, but returned (at my request) to sign papers for her to be my agent. BEST DICISION EVER!!!! She walked me through all the things I needed to do to get ready for selling. She even recommended names of workers to make necessary repairs. She was always just a call away. My house sold very quickly. Debbie was still with me explaining every step of the closing procedure. I would definitely give Debbie Nixon 5 gold stars and would recommend her to sell your home.
