Purchasing a home from out-of-state can be daunting, but working with Amanda made the entire process smooth, reassuring, and even enjoyable. From our very first conversation, she made it clear that our best interests were her top priority. She took the time to understand our needs, guided us through the local market, and went above, and beyond to ensure we felt confident every step of the way. Her knowledge of Summerville and the surrounding areas was invaluable, and she was always honest, responsive, and proactive. Qualities that we truly appreciated. Whether it was coordinating virtual tours, answering our questions, or advocating for us during negotiations, she was our unwavering ally. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, we found a home we absolutely love. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this journey, and we wholeheartedly recommend Amanda to anyone looking to buy in the low country.
