Dawn Serignese is a North Shore specialist whose in-depth understanding of the correlation between the Long Island and Manhattan real estate markets provides her clients a significant advantage; from securing the highest price and best terms for her sellers to first-time home buyers and empty-nesters. Dawn also works to evaluate deals for investors and developers . A Port Washington native who spent 10 years living in New York City and eventually returning to Long Island’s waterfront lifestyle, Dawn has conducted sales from Northport to Shelter Island and Massapequa to Manhattan. She has a knack for employing her market knowledge to obtain the best possible sales price from the City’s diverse neighborhoods to the coastal regions throughout Long Island, and everything in between. Dawn loves every opportunity to share with newcomers the North Shore’s natural beauty and tranquil living environment, its multitude of activities, and the fact that it’s only a short train ride to Manhattan. Dawn has an uncompromising work ethic, a high level of professionalism, and brings her excitement for life to her work at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty. With her combined talents of interior design, and experience with home renovations and construction, she has helped many people achieve their real estate objectives. Dawn finds that bringing buyers and sellers together requires a delicate balance of design, business savvy, and good instincts, and this is reflected in her ever-growing base of referrals from satisfied clients as well as the many official accolades she’s received from her industry and peers over the years. The best part of her job, though, is the lasting relationships she forms with the many people she is fortunate to meet. Fully engaged in her community, Dawn has served as co-chair of the HSA Nutrition Committee, president of the Parent Resource Center, and is currently the president for Residents Forward, an organization dedicated to protecting and sustaining the natural beauty of Port Washington. Dawn’s signature zest for life extends into other areas, including sailing in Manhasset Bay, and after 7 years she has started racing as a novice skipper. She also plays an excellent game of doubles tennis, although her first love is running. Dawn has participated in two NYC marathons, and has accomplished an impressive 30-plus races, 15 of those half-marathons.
