Dawn has been a pleasure to deal with during our home sale and home purchase transactions. She has answered all of our questions or concerns and has made us feel very comfortable with this process. We are currently in a very uncertain market situation and, because of Dawn, we were successful with our purchase and sale. We are very happy with the outcome and we attribute this largely to Dawn's guidance.
