David was our buyer's agent when we moved from Southern California to Seattle. He was incredible and his insight into different neighborhoods and real estate trends in those places made a very stressful and competitive market feel manageable. He patiently answered all of our questions and took us on a marathon weekend of open houses and appointments in totally different parts of the city. Despite the madness of the market, David made us feel like we still had agency and options about where we would and did find our home. When we found the right place, he put everything together within hours and was transparent and communicative through the offer and acceptance process. We are so happy with the home we bought and as our needs change, we have reached out to him again for his wisdom and expertise.
