David is a great person to work with. In the current market, He was patient as we worked together for over 6 months before concluding with exactly what I wanted to settle with! He is professional and works with people, understands them & then gets into the market on what they would want and so on. He is patient with people, and also swift to move and gives advice well to a first time buyer like me which i found very valuable as well. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with and would not go anywhere else for subsequent purchases!
