We worked with David Beegun to both buy and sell our first home, and we truly could not have asked for a better partner throughout the entire process. From day one, back when we were first-time buyers in 2021 he took the time to educate us, explain every step clearly, and make sure we felt confident in our decisions. He never made us feel like any question was too small, and his guidance was always thoughtful and grounded. Most recently, when selling our home, he was a total pro in managing the final stretch helping wrangle multiple parties, staying on top of endless email threads and paperwork, and making sure we stayed on track for a smooth and timely closing. What really stood out was his attention to detail as he kept smaller items moving in the background that, if missed, could have caused serious delays. David is incredibly organized, communicative, and genuinely cares about his clients. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make the home buying or selling experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, he's your guy.
