David Axberg did a great job selling a Seattle-area house for me. He was skilled and knowledgeable at every point. I especially appreciated the meticulous financial information and analysis, and the pricing recommendations. All the steps on the way to the closing were solid: the thorough preparation of the house (including improvements), driving the schedule, and arranging for a home inspection. His work led to a final offer within a week and the sale price was far above the asking price.
