Dave Price is a name in the local realty market that I have recognized for many years. We actually have several mutual friends which made the decision to work with Dave an easy one. He is responsive and down to earth, making the whole process relatively stress free (buying and selling a home can never be completely stress free, it’s a huge venture). I had been in my home for many many years so there were lots of things I had to lean on Dave’s expertise and guidance as the market has definitely changed since I last bought and sold. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Saskatoon area.
