Dave Paremski did an exceptional job of selling our Sammamish home in record time with multiple offers! We have worked with Dave over many years and homes and he is always very friendly, professional and absolutely expert in his advice and guidance. Dave is an excellent communicator and always keeps us up to date and has superb recommendations. Dave is an expert on the Eastside neighborhoods and his decades long knowledge and experience helped us get top price for our home. We took Dave's advice on timing the market, preparing our home for sale and we were very pleased to sell our home within 2 days above our listing price. We strongly recommend Dave Paremski and have always been delighted with his integrity, caring and great results!
