Emily and Dave Garcia from Coldwell Banker Woodland Schmidt in Holland, Michigan were awesome realtors for us, both for the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. They work together great. Their commitment to both helping us find our ideal home and for selling our house were second to none. They were always there when needed to discuss our home purchase options, and they also helped us consider solutions to sell our unique but beautiful property. We are so thankful for the work they put into us and we can’t thank them enough for helping us find our forever home. We recommend them with a five star rating!
