After graduating from Berklee College Of Music in Boston in 2003, Dave has successfully worked as a lead vocalist, guitarist, songwriter, performer, and private music instructor. In 2006, he made the decision to move from Boston to Asheville, where he continued his music career as a teacher and performer, and in 2010, he married his wife, Kate, and they moved to her hometown of Marion. While Dave continues to be a band leader, manager, and performer with the private event band, Diamond River, he has focused the energy he previously poured into teaching into his passion for real estate. Driven to help his clients successfully achieve their short term and long term goals, he believes in taking care of his real estate clients the same way he takes care of his clients in the entertainment business—with enthusiastic dedication, precise attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.
