Darlene is an exceptional real estate agent. Once we signed our contract and listed our house with her, she took off running to get showings. Immediately Darlene had an open house the first weekend, which at least 8 couples came to view the house. We had at least 40 showings, 3 contracts and 1 lucky buyer within 40 days on the market. Darlene just did not stop until all parties was happy with the sale and the buy. I highly recommend Darlene Smid to sell or to find your forever home.
