Maryanne Kurtz and Dan Olson sold our house quickly and at a price that met with our satisfaction. So, that rates a "10". They were very professional, personable, friendly, fun to interact with and very helpful in presenting our home. Add all of those attributes to the work they did to keep our house in excellent condition while we were away and you have a team that went well beyond the normal relationship. We are very pleased with the whole package and would definitely recommend them and your firm to any buyer or seller.
