Dana and Caitlin knew the market very well, especially acreages. They were very observant and brought to our attention things that we needed to do to prepare the house for sale so that it showed well. Our house was on the market for 1 day and by day 3 we had a back up offer as well. The marketing was very good and professional. The house was priced correctly, not over and not under the market. Our house closed in 4 weeks, so we were very pleased with Dana and Caitlin. They were a good mother/daughter team that bounced ideas off of each other.
