Dan DeForest is the man!! Prior to listing the house he came and evaluated the house and gave his input on what repairs or improvements we should look into and what repairs or upgrades would be a waste of time and resources. Dan moves quick and gets things done. Some realtors don't put in the effort and are looking to make a quick sale. Dan is NOT one of those realtors. My expectation was exceeded before the house was even listed. Dan was readily available to bounce ideas off or he would even reach back out to me by phone if I sent a short question by text. Not only is Dan great but his team behind him is great as well. The photographer was excellent and his contacts get things done.
