Connie was wonderful to work with! She was very informative and responsive. She helped me prepare my house for showing and went above and beyond getting things ready, shopping and purchasing some necessary items. She provided some needed contacts for minor renovations that were needed. Connie gave me realistic expectations of the real estate market and good advice on pricing. I would highly recommend her!
