Connie was instrumental in our last home purchase/sale for my family and had found the house we wanted with seven bedrooms, but another buyer had gotten to it just before us, so we kept looking. Unbeknownst to me, Connie was keeping a close eye on the home we wanted, as it became available on a Saturday afternoon while my family had reviewed other properties. Connie called us up just as we finished looking at a house. We were going to put an offer in for the house with four bedrooms and an unfished basement as that was the best, we could find for our number two choice. Connie told us it had just reopened, so we went over our options to purchase the seven-bedroom home as a group. We worked out an offer that felt good to us and was a reasonable offer the seller would accept and agree to. She submitted an offer ASAP on that day as we did not want to miss our chance for a second time. Connie came through again for my family. On that Monday, two days later, my family’s offer was accepted, in writing. Connie was all over this for my family to make sure it went down, as we are still at that home today and are very happy with it. Connie takes the time to understand your needs. Then Connie presents you with the best options currently available for your family and does not hide behind them. Or, Says, I'm just a sales lady and says I do not know anything. As a real estate agent, Connie took time to ensure we were not in a bad situation; Connie points out the issues for you to look at and decide for yourself what will work for you. It was not the first time I had Connie as a real estate agent, and I will ask her again any time in the future if she has not retired yet.
