I’m honestly not even sure where to begin when it comes to expressing how incredibly happy we are to have worked with Colby through the process of purchasing our new home. When I first reached out to him, I honestly didn’t think we were even in a financial position to buy a house. Colby assured me that, no matter where we were in the process, he would be there every step of the way. There truly are no words to describe just how true that statement was. As a first-time homebuyer, I knew absolutely nothing about the process. I asked what felt like a million and one questions, and Colby answered every single one with patience, clarity, and grace. He never once made me feel like my questions were silly or that I was asking too much. He took the time to explain everything and made what could have been an incredibly overwhelming process feel manageable. Colby was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and always made us feel like he had our backs and our best interests at heart. He never once became impatient when we wanted to look at yet another house, and he was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we found the right home for us. By the end of the process, I truly felt like I had gained more than just an amazing realtor — I had gained a friend. We were so impressed with Colby and everything he did for us that I immediately recommended him to my parents. He is now working with them, and if you know my parents, you know they are somehow even harder to please than I am! 😂 Yet he continues to handle everything with the same patience, professionalism, grace, and style. I would recommend Colby to absolutely anyone looking to buy or sell a home — without hesitation. He genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that comes through in everything he does. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did to help us get into our new home, and I will continue to sing his praises until the end of time. If you’re looking for a realtor who will truly be in your corner, Colby is your guy
