Mr. Laurent was my realtor when I was purchasing my current house. He is the perfect realtor. He is very professional, patient, respectful and passionate about his job. He communicated well, walked me through every step, took all the initiative when dealing with the VA and the HOA. I will 100% recommend him to any prospective buyer or seller.
