Meet Cindy, your go-to real estate expert originally from E. Brookfield, Massachusetts. Cindy brings a wealth of experience to the table with an impressive two-decade tenure as the proud owner and manager of Houseworks Realty LLC in Massachusetts which she still owns and operates with her husband Cliff Leinonen. In 2021, Cindy extended her expertise by acquiring a license in VT, a natural step given her extensive time spent in Vermont pursuing her passion for snow. Eager to immerse herself in the community, Cindy is enthusiastic about leveraging her two decades and more of experience to cater to your home buying and selling requirements in Southern Vermont. Cindy and her husband currently own in Wilmington with their yellow lab and love it there. Outside the realm of real estate, Cindy leads a fulfilling life. You'll find her engrossed in the pages of a good book or carving up the slopes on her snowboard. Her interests span sun-soaked beach days, nautical escapades on the boat, tending to her garden, exploring hiking trails, gliding through cross-country skiing routes, embarking on snowmobiling adventures, and satisfying her wanderlust through travel. Yet, among all these pursuits, spending quality time with friends, family, and her faithful yellow lab in Wilmington remains the heart of her happiness.
