Cindi was fabulous! She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to handle a delicate situation very professionally. The people that bought our home wanted to execute the process without the use of realtors but we were not comfortable with that and engaged Cindi. We met with the couple with Cindi present and they soon realized they were in over their heads as she was able to dispute each reason for their low-ball offer with data. They ultimately engaged their own realtor and we were finally able to reach a deal. Cindi maintained excellent communication with us throughout the process. We would highly recommend her; she really goes to bat for her clients!
