I was raised in the Heartland of the Midwest (Illinois) and spent some time living in Colorado. I have a great combination of southern charm and Midwest tenacity! I'm excited to bring my real estate license experience to the Allen Tate family, as a full time Realtor for the #1 real estate firm in the Carolinas! Prior to Real Estate I spent most of my career (and most of my life) in my family jewelry business of 80 years. I have earned real life experiences in customer service, management, and being a hands on jeweler. And yes, I will happily take those jewelry questions too! I have a passion for service and am detail oriented. I will relentlessly work for my clients to find a home they love! My business continues to be built on communication, (yes, I will CALL you) dedication and transparency. I understand how to overcome challenges and problem solve. If you're just curious about homes currently for sale or sold I can send you a FREE personalized market report please click here. Get your home value. I would love to offer my support and services .I know the local community both as an Realtor and a neighbor. It's such a beautiful place to call HOME! With mountains and oceans, national parks, and an unimaginable playground at every corner! Can't forget to mention some of the best cities to live in! You can have cows as neighbors or a local brewery. Everyone falls hard for South Carolina! I can guide you through it. With having access to Allen Tate's exclusive firm listings and worldwide network, cutting edge technology and exceptional marketing strategies, that will not only help me just list your home, but I will market your home so you get the best service possible! I definitely understand the stresses of relocating and will provide a smooth transition! When I'm not making ownership dreams come true. I enjoy every minute of living here with my husband and boy tribe and my girl, my rescue pup, Leai. We have all fallen in love with this area and we love exploring! Perfect for my family: we love being outdoors all year round, we are enthusiasts, history buffs and a big sports family! I have been involved in community development youth programs and owned an indoor training center. So now that you know a little about me, I look forward to getting to know you and making some enjoyable memories! Please feel free to reach out about anything. I will find you the answer! I'm here to help you achieve your real estate goals! Thank you, Christy
