I would like to nominate Christine Schoonover for an Excellence Award. She deserves recognition for the following: Great instinct, great negotiator, sense of urgency, unmatched attention to detail, sense of humor, which was needed in our selling and buying process, extremely organized, ethical, obvious integrity and experience. She was always punctual & accountable, sensitive to the emotional side of the selling and buying What else can I say !
