Anyone who’s ever sold a home knows how stressful it can be. Let me start by saying our home had never looked more beautiful than it did on the day of our first open house — but getting there wasn’t easy.

After raising nine children (and fostering many more) in our two-story home, my husband and I were ready to downsize. The amount of stuff we’d accumulated was overwhelming! We called Chris, who had helped us years earlier, and once again she was incredible. She sat at our kitchen table, listened to our goals, and guided us step by step. When she said, “Let me know if there’s anything I can do,” she truly meant it.

Chris was our cheerleader the whole way, encouraging us through every challenge. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, we had three offers in the first week — and sold our home for over the asking price. We’re so grateful for all she did to make this process a success.
