As a new homeowner, I was clueless and Chrissy help me every step of the way. I gave her my criteria and she found a group of houses that fit and was able to meet me relatively quickly to start viewing homes. She pointed out positive aspects of homes but also negatives. She clearly wasn’t strictly “motivated by the sale” and made sure I took into account some fixes that would be necessary with some houses and ask questions of the prospective houses that I wouldn’t think to ask. She was able to even provide me with a list of utilities and their phone numbers that I would need to contact prior to closing. Great communicator and very responsive. I took a few extra trips over to the house once I signed the contract and she was able to arrange everything quickly. When we were sending the contract over, she suggested adding things to it that I hadn't thought about, such as power washing. I would highly recommend her to anyone, new or not, buying a home."Valerie Christi Olienyk
