Chris Dulworth went beyond her duties of selling this house. I was dealing with a divorce with someone that was causing issues of moving. Chris volunteered herself to come help move and watch to keep peace of revving a backyard shed. She also went over and cleaned and wiped the floors down. I seen real sweat from Chris and it is something I never imagined a realator would do. She wasn't asked to do these things but she was eager and trying to make the sale She also keep the peace in messages being direct and kind. Shout out to her.
