My real estate experience: I have been licensed for over 30 years, and am a managing broker for the St. Johnsbury, VT office of Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty, serving northern Vermont and New Hampshire. Early in my career, I sold real estate at Loon Mountain, NH, specializing in resort sales. I took time off to raise our children and volunteered on local community recreation and education boards. I continued my interest and education in real estate during that time, and 12 years ago, re-entered the market. I am a top producing agent within my company and within my focus market, which is the White Mountains of NH, northeastern VT off of I-91, and am now striving to grow my business at the Canadian border of VT near Jay Peak and Newport. One of my niches is matching luxury non-MLS properties with buyers. I chose real estate because it is fun! I love my job. I love looking at houses, meeting new people, hearing their stories, and helping my clients achieve their real estate goals. Additionally, with my husband's occupation as a custom home builder, we talk about real estate all the time - architecture, quality of construction, home design, and visualizing renovation projects. I believe in the power of verbal communication - the subtleties and complexities of luxury real estate can't be captured in a text message. About me: I grew up in western Pennsylvania, attended Penn State University, and am a Steeler fan. I moved to New England, with my husband, right after college, because we love to ski. We have 3 awesome grown children. Two have moved back to Burlington and one that we love to visit in Denver. I have lived in both northern NH and VT. I like the quieter wholesome lifestyle that the northern regions offer. In my free time at home, I enjoy downhill skiing in the winter, and in the summer, sailing on Lake Memphremagog, and mountain biking the dirt country roads of Vermont, taking in beautiful vistas, and talking to the cows. In summary, I love my work! I strive for premier service, long standing relationships, and a great real estate experience. Many times, after my first conversation with a customer, they have made the comment that they felt like they have known me a long time. It's great to hear that! So, give me a call or drop me an email. I'd love to learn about you and your interests.
