Cheryl brought new ideas to the selling process. I think the staging was particularly effective. Her husband provided valuable insight about the financial aspects of the offers received. One area for improvement would be for Cheryl to improve her referrals for home repairs. Prior agents I have worked with had a list of reliable referrals for repairs and replacements. I had to find the contractors.
