When it comes to buying or selling your home, you need to find a realtor who is exceptionally knowledgeable about the local market. There's nobody better to listen - and truly hear - what your goals are when it's time to make such an important decision. Charles is a native Charlottean who loves this area and has been part of the continued transitioning as the city both preserved its historical districts and expanded to include new planned communities with the amenities that so many expect . He handled both the sale of my home in Dilworth and the purchase of a new home. His let's-get-it-done attitude guided me step by step through obstacles, with his willingness to get his hand dirty - literally - in an emergency situation when an extremely heavy rainstorm with high winds hit on a Saturday night. My roof sprung a leak in the home I was selling and water was leaking into my living room. I was panicked and called Charles for help. Sunday morning he purchased a tarp, met a local contractor at my house and helped the contractor secure the tarp on the roof to cover the leak. Talk about going the extra mile!!! He gave me great advice all along the way and I ended up selling my home quickly. Meanwhile he helped me with the purchase of my new home so that by the time I had sold one I was able to finalize the purchase and move directly into the other. He's a great guy to work with. His easy-going manner and senses of humor made a stressful time so much better. From our first meeting through the closing of both houses, he took care of all the necessary details with the skill of a pro. I heartily recommend him as top-notch ethical realtor who works incredibly hard to make his clients happy.
