I was referred by a friend who had purchased a home through Chardonnee and she exceeded all of my expectations. Chardonnee is from Chicago and knows the neighborhoods intimately. As a first time buyer, she was incredibly patient and responsive with my constant flood of questions at all times of day. She is incredibly proactive, responsive, organized and made house searching dare I say fun. I would recommend Chardonee to anyone looking for housing in Chicago.
