I've worked with Chardonnee four times now: two condo sales and two condo purchases. Each transaction has worked out fabulously. Char is an incredible professional and is so wonderful to work with. She really listens to her clients and understands their specific needs, but she also has deep knowledge of the Chicago real estate market and always steers me in the right direction! Most recently, my husband and I found our current home, and thanks to Char, we were able to win a multiple-bid situation and close on the property ridiculously fast. She also quickly sold our former home in a highly competitive market. Char is always on top of things, and is super accessible and responsive: basically, if Char is your agent, you will never have to sweat the details, because Char is so thorough and takes care of everything. She's also a wonderful person and is someone you want selling your home, interacting with potential buyers and other people you're doing business with. I cannot recommend her highly enough and am so grateful for everything she has done for me over the years.
