We are so grateful for having Chantal as our listing agent for our recent home sale! We moved (out of town) before listing our home, and knowing that Chantal was taking care of things brought us peace of mind. She kept a close eye on the house, always making sure it was in great shape before any showings and checking in after storms. Chantal is very detailed oriented and always on top of things, from sharing updates on the state of the market to reminding us to handle little details involved with closing. We faced some unexpected market shifts that made the process take a lot longer than we originally hoped, but Chantal always remained calm and focused, guiding us through the ups and downs like a true pro.
