Chad was wonderful to work with throughout the processes of selling our home. He helped guide us through making sure our home was sale ready and was always available for questions. He always goes above and beyond and it is clear that real estate is a passion of his. He is now helping us through the process of buying our next home and is a wealth of knowledge about the housing market and Raleigh neighborhoods. We feel fortunate to have found him as our real estate agent!
