Cathy is a top notch realtor. I would not want to work with anyone else when it comes to buying or selling a house (which we have done both with her). She is the best at making sure we knew what was going on during all steps of the process... most recently buying a house. Cathy has a lot of good contacts that we were able to use that gave us helpful information we needed to make informed decisions and that we are still using to upgrade parts of our house. She also has so much experience herself that she knows what potential downfalls to look for and is a good counsel when making decisions about what price to offer, what to negotiate with inspections and how to make it to the closing table. The thing I appreciated the most about Cathy is that she was available when we needed to talk or text with her... or if she wasn’t available immediately she got back to us very quickly. She never left us hanging and wondering what was going on... and when we needed answers she got them as quickly as she could. Cathy was great to work with and I would highly recommend her.
