Cathy Federer is simply amazing. We decided to put our home on the market after just a two week consideration. In a very expedited fashion, she helped us work through the listing price and assess the market. She developed a gorgeous brochure with an incredibly comprehensive description. We ended up with 4 above listing price offers within a 48 hour period. We also not only had an accepted offer well above listing with no contingencies, we had an accepted back up offer with no contingencies above listing as well. Right before closing, she also helped us reach a satisfactory conclusion to some last minute issues. Cathy is not only a true professional, her deep experience in the real estate market arena clearly got us an exceptional result on our house sale-and, of course, she is a delight to work with! Thank you RedKey for Cathy Federer!
